First Aid for Everyone

Would you like to learn how to provide first aid to your family, acquaintances, and friends?

Then this course is just for you! 💛

We will talk about

• choking on a foreign object,
• chest compressions,
• AED (that's the defibrillator everyone's talking about 🙂 ),
• when to call an ambulance (what number and why),
• and we will try everything out in practice during exercises and simulations.

We use experiential teaching methods, so we will try as many things as possible with our own hands. Each simulation is followed by an analysis, where we discuss what went well and what could be improved next time.

✅ Learning first aid doesn't increase the probability of you using it.
